The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with a well-appointed bathroom and comfortable bed in my room. The location of the hotel was superb, being close to everything I needed, including shops, restaurants, and transportation options. the hotel offered plenty of parking, convenient for me. this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

My recent stay at Wm Bankstown was overall enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good location. The TV had all the apps my kids needed to stay entertained. The bed was comfortable and clean, providing a great night's rest. The staff at the front desk was cute and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, although on a busy highway, was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a restful night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food. The hotel also had a laundry room for guest use, which was a convenient feature. we were highly satisfied with our stay here and would definitely stay again.
We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Mongolian lamb was excellent! Rooms clean and tidy. Nicely renovated bathroom. Friendly staff. Close to shopping and food outlets. Good parking. Pretty quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near Sydney's airport, public transport, and food and retail stores. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower and good water flow. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant service was top-notch. We also appreciated the proximity to Bass Hill shopping centre. the location, room, service, and facilities exceeded our expectations.
One minor drawback was the need to set the time on the clock radio, which didn't work properly.
